Connection Not Resolved

Since the matter has been escalated it has been more 5 days and we are still struggling with the same issue, even after the technician came by the the problem is even worse and we have the video to prove it, it buffers every second, can I please have my refund as I'm currently being charged for 5G while I'm using 4G ,its been 2 years now with the same issue and nothing his being resolved even after the technician came by. Please cancel my service as I'm paying for something that does not benefit me at all.

Sale's People: Please stop selling people false advertising, you sold me 5G but now I'm told that 5G is not available in my area, this is misleading, please come collect your router and I REQUEST A REFUND FOR CHARGING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT EVEN EXIST!
