Connection issues

Rain WiFi is very inconveniencing, my connection has been off for the past 6 days and the customer service agents keep advise that our towers are off and their technicians are working on it. It’s was mentioned that it would take 24 to 72 hours. It’s been beyond 6 days and no resolution. We haven’t been able to work since 02 Feb 2022 and my child school work is also getting affected by this. This means I will have 6 or more unpaid days because of the issue that RAIN is not resolving ASAP. No guys your level of service is very very poor I would not even recommend you to family and friends. No connection since the 2 Feb 2022 this is the worse service I’ve ever experienced.
