Connection issues

It’s been only a week with Rain but am starting to be frustrated. Iv bought 5G unlimited which was delivered on time but today all of the sudden the signal has been problematic. No connection at all right now. I have a 15:00 webex meeting since we working at home and am extremely stressed. Can somebody give me direction here.
