choosing Rain has to be the most dumbest decision i have ever made in my life,

been on the line trying to call u for 10 minutes I'm listening to music no-one is picking up, I purchased the 5 G home router 7 days ago , I'm still not connected and no one is bothered, been on the call with Lesedi, Nthabiseng, and 2 more other agents , they all apologizing, but nothing has been done, I was told a technician will contact me asap its been 5 days waiting for the call, I logged a ticket/query 5 days ago, still nothing...You suck shame, and I'm canceling this **** if by this weekend its not fixed
