Connection cut off

Been having problems with the network from day one, no one is available to help, then they bill you , with no connection what's so ever, then they decided on their own which day of the month they want to debit your account, whether there will be money or not if I get paid on the 28th obviously I would like to be billed on that day.

Now I'm not connected, not sure why, there is no one to sirt it out, how do you provide services to people while there isn't any one to communicate with?
