Connection Cut Amidst Payment Being Effected

I paid my subscription at 07h45am on the 02/05/2025. Today my line was cut. I tried calling the 24hr number supp**** in the internet and the automated voicemail said they are not available and redirected me to WhatsApp chat. I sent my proof of payment and I was told the representative will return to me as soon as possible. That was 13h30, till date I haven't heard anything from Rain and my connection is still off.

Hi

You asked for my bank statement and I sent it 10 hours ago with proof of payment yet my connection hasn't been restored.
This is a nonsensical service you provide to people after harrassing them to join and promising them the best?!
I can request for your sales calls and submit them as testament to my above statement.
