CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET WHOLE DAY , ALMOST EVERYDAY

So i have been with rain since middle Jan 2023 i think...well that went well...February comes...and then the problems start. THE CONSTANT CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET...is a bit much hey. the worst part of it is, i dont live in an area where we get load shedding AT ALL...so please don't try the load shedding line with me. I CANNOT be rebooting a wifi router WHOLE day to get internet for a few minutes....then off again.

Is the Router perhaps faulty ? Do i perhaps need to exchange the Router ? No man...this is not on,Cause its apprently 5g...but the 5G and 4G seems to be constantly down.

NO MAN RAIN...If you guys had to focus more on client service and actually fixing the problem you wouldn't have so much people complaining. cause the " UNLIMITED INTERNET" seems to only be working properly over weekends. I am really struggling to do my job properly to the point where working from home might be a thing of the past for me.

Hopefully someone does something now, cause my "router" can't be giving me so much problems.
