Connected without internet

I am paying for something I am not using! The contact numbers don't work and no one gets back to you. I have moved my router to all plugs in the house,I placed it next to all windows I send emails to all emails but still no feedback, when I app**** we checked the connection and it was excellent in the area,they increased my monthly subscription without any warning and I still didn't get feedback
