Connected without internet again

This does not even deserve 1 star! This is by far the worst internet service ever,I been logging calls since August with ref numbers 571947,606030,571946,605517,571946,,,I have been connected without internet, no one gets back to you,you hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes, and when they do answer they drop the calls,I want to cancel this internet asap! I am paying for something I cannot use,is there any other internet service provider that can give value for my money???
