Connected 👎🏾 but no internet 😕 WORST NIGHTMARE

I am still struggling with connectivity, I am connected with no internet or the modem is red. I keep calling the customer service no lasting solution. Unfortunately already paid for this month can I have the service that I paid for while looking for another service provider. Rain can cost you your job, as they dont have long lasting solutions each day a struggle
