Connected but no internet

I am having an issue since last week Wednesday (30th March 2022) when trying to connect at home and get an error saying "connected but no internet". I have rain 4g uncapped for a year now with no issues before even during the worst storms we have had to date. When I contacted rain initially i was told it was due to my router being faulty. I tested my sim out on various 4g devices and other routers and had the same issue connecting. Eventually rain send I needed a sim swap which arrived today and i still cannot conbectvusomg this new sim. During the weekend I travelled away from home and received signal again. I contacted rain and was told I will never be able to get signal from home and that i should cancel mybrain contract. I explained to them I have a rain tower right next to my home so that should definately not be the case. I have been told from a neighbor that the tower could be down and that is the reason i cannot connect but im Still awaiting feedback. my rain support with very little help and support.
