Connected but no INTERNET

So on 12/11/2022 at 09H00 my connection got bad like freezing allot, at 10H00 router give green lights but devices display no internet, rebooted the router no joy at 15H00 I reset the router still same problems. at 16H00 i called rain and after an hour it was fixed at 18H00 it was green lights again on router with full signal but no internet. at about 19H00 i logged a call. this morning at 09H00 i logged another call STILL NO JOY AT 12H00 WITH LOADSHEDDING I GOT NO SIGNAL HIS DID ONLY HAPPEN URING stage 4-5 not 2, so here i still wait, no reply from Rain to say what is wrong, no update on references nothing. not even a reply from their social network Facebook or twitter.
