My rain router and SIM cards are all off,can’t even even reach out to them.

01 May 2025, 13:48I will try resetting my router but I still don’t understand how does the router affect my 4g sims and it is strange coz they all went off at the same time so I’m certain the problem is on your side.

01 May 2025, 14:05Reset done twice yet the problem persist,the pop up screen message reads’ No Connection-Scan for support’ my neighbours router is working perfectly fine and we have the same router.the connection went off exactly at 00:00 today.
