Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Rain *Review:* It seems we back to where we started. A week ago I expressed my disgust in their services, accounting skills and credit control, where I raised the concern of how my account is calculated and how I am bul**** by disconnecting my service unless I pay the amount that is required or stipulated on their App or a notification via texts. I have not been contacted since to at least discuss this unpleasantness as well we do a reconciliation. No that's not Rains way of doing things it seems. I have taken a screenshot from the App for your information to understand what I actually mean. The amount I must pay is R769, and I am sticking to that. This is getting ridiculous now honestly 😡😡
