I'm very disappointed in Rain the service for internet connection when there's trouble shooting is poor a whole 3months struggling with this issue, escalations not providing a solution after 2 sim swops within 2 months, that's the reason why I put in a request for cancelation. A technician was dispatched for today, it's pass 3. when will that be. If the matter is not resolved tomorrow I'm really gonna cancel and you're gonna loose a loyal customer. *Rating:* 1 out of 5.
