Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Rain *Review:* Hi i was behind with R1500 and then needed wifi for kids school.so i managed to pay R790 on the 23rd july 2023 .i was then advised to call the tuesday which was my initial payment date . I was advised to make a payment arrangement to pay the balance . Wifi was connected that same sunday.Monday morning i was disconnected and phone aon Monday and Tuesday spoke to a manager and i was promised wfi was reconnected on their side but nothing was happening here at home. I am upset because my kids needed it for school.i called 5 times promised and promised. What should i do.i will cancel my contract.i cannot be begging t thanks Michell
