Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Rain *Rating:* 0 out of 5 *Review:* My account has been in good standing with Rain, I have been double billed for the month of June, I have called them regarding the bill,they admitted it is a fault on their side and I will receive my money back within 7-10 business days, on the the 12th of June my Rain services has been cancelled and removed from my profile they advised I my account has been credited,However this is half the money! I am the one to keep calling for updates as the chat system cannot assist me with billing. I made it clear there is no service on my account as they have cancelled it and yet they credit half the money on the account which I have no access to. Today I called the call center again,the guy John advised he doesn't have a manager and simply does not care if I escalated this poor service. Rain is a ****!!! They further told me about a next billing date!!!! I am not able to remove my bank card from their system
