Concerned customer

I had a horrible experience with the company’s courier partner CCD. The incident occurred on 15 December 2021. Rain had requested that I take delivery at my residential address and that I needed to provide my greenbook ID and proof of residence, I stated that I have a digital copy of my lease agreement to which the consultant stated that it was fine. Today when the driver arrived, he took pictures of my ID, which is okay but tried to take pictures of my whole lease agreement containing personal information - he took my phone after I gave permission to only take pictures of the first page with my details and the landlord’s details and the last page with the signatures. I noticed that he took pictures of the whole document, I suspected trouble when he tried to compare my banking details with my ID. I asked him to stop and he didn’t - I told him that he is busy taking pictures of my details which I did not consent to and he stated that it was Rain’s procedure. I asked him to remove the pictures and he did not. He even suggested that if I am not happy I can get into my car and go print the agreement and bring it to him. I am very concerned about this practise as lots of very personal information is contained in these agreements.
