Concerned

I have never had any problems with my Rain 5G my payment date is set to the 1st of every month and l paid on the 27th of April already but my internet is now off and when l log into my account l am requested to make payment why.?kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible as l need my internet to work. And it has been doing the same throughout this month please resolve any issues you may have as this is your problem and not mine.
