CON ARTISTS

These people billed me for 5 months yet its an prepaid service. I never used it for months and now they are claiming that you pay for the sim card even though there is no data on it. They wanted me to pay R4400 after not using it for months because its prepaid. These people are con artists and expect us to be quiet. I must pay the R1171 per month for all the months the service was inactive and no internet access was provided, I pay in advance and then they load my data. So the data is R1171 and the sim fee is R1171 even though no data was provided.
