Compliments to Thando (Rain staff members, Retention department)

I was frustrated by lack of network and the urgency to replace my broken router by Rain.i was the verge of canceling my contract with Rain.Thando , their staff member from retention Department Came to their rescue to secure me back .and she did make sure I have my router replaced and kept in constant touch with me to make sure iam sorted out. I give a her a five star 🌟 rating personally. If all other staff in this company can learn from.her in following up on every escalation till the ticket is closed , Rain will keep on doing a great service to this country. Thando deserves a better promotion. If not a superior position to check if all tickets are closed as per customer satisfaction.
