Called in this morning to get assistance with registration for my loop router to my new location and was assisted by Jhonas Romasantad. Probably the second time I've called rain and got effective assistance. The rest left a sour taste in my mouth.

Jhonas was superb. Didn't waste my time. He's the reason I will choose the stay with Rain. His level of knowledge and willingness to assist is highly commendable. You need more staff like him to take your company higher through customer satisfaction.
