Compliment for resolving my cancellation

I would like to sincerely thank Rain. After submitting two Hello Peter complaints, I was finally assisted by someone from the retentions team who truly listened to me. She immediately identified the error and helped resolve the cancellation of my subscription. I only wish I had spoken to her from the very beginning, as I would not have cancelled my service after so many loyal years with Rain. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, and I feel terrible about that, but I do hope Rain is able to identify her and give her the recognition she deserves. I also want to thank Rain for refunding the two months of deductions made while I was without WiFi. It’s very easy to lay complaints, but I believe it is just as important to acknowledge when a company takes responsibility and corrects its mistakes. Thank you once again for addressing my issue.
