Compliment and suggestion for Rain

Yes I would recommend Rain to anyone looking for a more affordable Data network, especially during this Covid-19 lock-down period as most things are done electronically, i.e. studying, buying stuff as well as ordering food which can consume a lot of data. 90% of people in my office are now using Rain and are all happy with it, however we all agree that they should establish some sort of a Call Center where we can get assistance over the phone as this email support services takes too long, most agree that talking to a person even over the phone makes it easier for one to express or state what their actual problem is
