On this same forum there are 16 reviews/ responses. None of the responses addressed the issue which I faced. There are also +/-20 reference numbers for tickets logged, with none being responded to.

My issue was eventually resolved by my own intervention and root cause analysis. The resolution required a sim swap, and as expected, that (almost) became a dragged-out process on its own.

But along came a ray of light, a beacon of hope for mankind, a shining example of exactly what customer service should be.
