Completely unsatisfactory

Ever since I’ve got the router from them there was no signal at all for the first week after resolving the issue the payment is another issue trying to connect with the app is an issue and also getting in touch with them is an issue there is no customer service available and if you call you’ll be left on hold for more than an hour. I whould not recommend this WIFI provider at all.
