Completely unreliable network and zero customer service

Completely unreliable network and zero customer service. I paid extra for 60mbps and on average I'm lucky if I get 5. Support never come back, so have given up even trying to contact them.

I'll be moving home soon and counting the days until I can cancel my contract.
