Completely unprofessional and inadequate service from Rain

I signed up and paid for unlimited 5G LTE with Rain at the end of January. I received my router but 5 days later, and despite numerous emails and phone calls, my service has still not been activated. I am now not even receiving a response or any communication from the support center. I would give them lower than a 1 star rating if that was possible. Absolutely shocking service.
