Complete *******

To whom it may concern

Rain service provider is a *******. I requested a sim card and nothing has come as yet. They have however taken the R479 off my account. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them but no phone number works. I have sent emails and sent requests asking for assistance through their web page and no one has come back to me. Its been almost 3 weeks now and I have paid for a service that I have not and am still am not using.

How can they be uncontactable?

If helo peter can help get them to contact me please do if not they are terrible and a *******.
