Complete lack of service/waste of money!

Quick to take your money and deliver but NO service after that. Got the modem on 02-Apr-2020, unable to get the internet supposedly available in my area. Nobody available on the phone, only on email but nobody has rep**** to any emails in the past 10 days so R699 down the drain!
