Complete dog****

We recently joined Rain and now our lives consist out of buffering circles.We wanted to find out about our payment today because a debit order has not gone off yet and our wifi is off.We discovered that we had to sign into an account but we were never asked to create an account upon subscription which leaves us in a bit of a pickle.We can’t pay we can’t cancel.Rain i’m politely asking you to reply to this but not with a copy paste reply like on the rest of the reviews so that we can’t sort this problem out.Please and thank you.
