Complete Disregard for Clients

Mark is the latest Rain call centre to agent to lie to me. My internet has been intermittently disconnecting and going slow for over a month. Even Mark admitted that I have called Rain over 10 times in the spac of a month and they still haven't returned my call of attended to my issue. Instead, more than 10 call centre agents have **** to me and made promises. The annoying thing is that I have been a client of Rain for about 7 years but they still don't value my patronage. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. A company that simply doesn't give a **** about the cliet as long as they keep paying. I hate Rain
