COMPLAINTS

On the 24th of March i ordered a 4G card through Rain, they debited my account with R479.00 same day. It was advised that they will deliver the sim card within 5 working days. It's been more than 2 weeks now and no response from RAIN. I have been calling them, sending emails and sending messages on their chatts platform since the 27th of March. All they will say is that they did receive my request and they will get back to me, till to date no one has come back nothing has been done. I am sick and tired of their terrible service, all i want is my money now. The purpose of this was to be able to work from home due to this pandemic but due to their lack of service i will have to risk my life now and come to the office
