They keep debiting my account while we have canceled our contract with them.. they are not professional and when i try to call them they would keep me waiting and end up dropping the call without hearing what i have to say.. they are not reliable and they don't have a walk in branch

29 Nov 2022, 16:36Please note that the charge was for October's invoices, your billing is post-paid, meaning that you pay for a month's service in the next month. Invoices for a month's services are generated at the end of that month and are due in the next month on your set payment date.
