Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Billing Despite No Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rain.

I reported a connectivity issue and, despite multiple interactions with customer support, the problem was never resolved. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I continued receiving bills for a service that was not functioning properly.

During one of my conversations with support, I was informed that the customer service team assisting me was based in the Philippines. This raised concerns for me about why a South African company operating in a country with such high unemployment is outsourcing customer support instead of creating more opportunities locally.

My biggest issue, however, is not where the agents are located, but the fact that my problem remained unresolved while I was still expected to pay for the service. Customers deserve reliable connectivity, effective support, and fair billing practices.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rain. I hope the company takes customer complaints more seriously, resolves technical issues promptly, and improves the overall customer experience.
