Complaint rain one data not loaded but debit went off

If possible can we make this a 0 stars please, I've been using rain for over 5 years now not minding their crazy low signal network, lately I have not been able to use it fully as it would stop working for hours but that's not my main issue, my issue here is that I bought the rain one Sim additional data because my wife is on her way to Empangeni so she needed data so we can stay connected, money was debited from my account but data is not loaded on her Sim... I called 2 times being told they can see the money being debited with no data loaded so issue is being escalated but there is no turn around time so it can be loaded anytime maybe today, maybe tomorrow or any other day which is messed up because I NEEDED THIS DATA FOR TODAY!!! HOW USEFUL WILL IT BE IF IT GET LOADED 2 DAYS FROM NOW WHEN SHE IS ALREADY BACK AND CONNECTED TO THIS WEAK WIFI OF THEIRS ANYWAY!!! THE LAST GIRL ON THE CALL FROM THEIR CALL CENTRE DECIDED TO USE THEIR NORMAL TRICK WHEN THEY CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE WHICH IS JUST PUTTING THE CALL ON MUTE ON THEIR END SO THEY ACT LIKE THEY DO NOT HEAR YOU ANYMORE BUT ALSO DON'T RESPOND SO YOU THINK YOU ALSO CAN'T HEAR THEM..... I'M DISAPPOINTED TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL
