Complaint Rain Billing

I have a complaint against Rain . I have been billed for the services that I do not use and have not been using for a long time now since 2022 due to the business that has been liquidated and had to close due to non perfomance and not making money . Rain continued to bill the business bank account even though they suspended the internet services(no internet services due to non payment) .I want to stress the point that the business was not into any contract with Rain as the business was paying prepaid monthly from the initial stage.We did not get into any any contract with Rain where the business was binded into paying Rain monthly fees for a certain period of time .According to us we knew that if there is no payment there is no internet for the business.Which was the case here. It is unfortunate the business had to close and also the business account also expired . I have also sent rain emails and have called Rain customer care and had to explain to them but did not get any resolution instead now I have been handed over to debt collection attorneys. This is abuse of power from Rain and honestly I cannot take this abuse. Please do cancel as I have been requesting all along to be cancelled . I have also requested cancellation of everything and my name to be removed from their debt collectors list as it gives my name a bad record as well.I hope to hear from Rain soon with a cancellation and clear all amounts they say i owe them which I do not .
