Complaint over undelivered router - I should not have to risk my health/life to receive a package

Rain and CCD Couriers are refusing to deliver the 5G router I ordered and paid for online. They insist on me printing my proof of residence so their delivery person can scan/photograph it, even though I've explained that ever since Covid-19 hit, my rental statements, and actually all of my important mail (e.g. bank statements, account statements, medical aid, etc.) have been sent to me via email as attachments in order to help stop the spread of coronavirus. But even though I have an electronic version of my monthly rental statement that I am happy to forward to them Rain and CCDC still insist on a printed version, so their delivery person can scan it, which is ridiculous when my rental statement is already in electronic form for them, and their driver literally found me at the residential address I am now suppose to prove I live in.

The absurdity of it all might have been amusing if it wasn’t for the fact that people are dying everyday from Covid-19 across the entire world, but I am now expected to run around trying to find a printer and risk my life (and those of my family) in the process, just because Rain and CCDC’s systems have not caught on to the fact that there is a deadly global pandemic going on right now. And while other companies (including banks) are trying to reduce physical contact by going digital, Rain and CCDC are insisting we print our documents only to scan them again. Just two night’s ago President Ramaphosa moved us back to level 2 lockdown because of the third wave we're currently experiencing, but Rain and CCDC continue to religiously hold onto systems which clearly no longer work under our current circumstances. The worst part is that they are putting our lives as customers in danger. When systems no longer help us in doing our jobs better, and especially if continuing with them could result in great harm, then they need to be changed. I should not have to risk my health and life to receive a package.
