Complaint/ immediate cancellation.

2 weeks ago I gave wonderful compliment about a Rain call centre staff member who went the extra mile.. After receiving the 5G router 7 days ago, we are pensioners living in a retirement home. We were just left with the router with no one from Rain offering to help to set up the Router. This 5Gis worse than the 4 g. The after sales service is disgusting. I called in to speak to someone, anyone. My call was answered, as soon as the young lady heard my complaint she pretended she could not hear me. I was kept on the phone for 13 Min. I don't want this router, they must cancel, I have already disconnected the router.Rain please fetch it immediately.
