This looks like a ****, there is only one method of communication which they never reply to. They are so quick to take the money but not available to assist us. I've been sending them emails with no response.

This is what I've been hearing since I expirienced the problem, that an agent will be contact. It's been 3days already and I bought that sim card so that I can attend my online classes. Now I must buy data but rain took my R479, this is such an inconvenience
