Complaint

Rain suspended my account even after paying it and i have been complaints over and over with no assistance. From my side it still shows that my account is in arrears and i was advised to send through the proof of payment which i did 3 times and was promised call back from the billing department but am still waiting even today. When i call them most of the agents are rude and they even hung up on me with no assistance.
