COMPLAINT

I was really happy and satisfied with Rain at first, until I started interacting with their horrible Agents. I reported that I'm unable to arrange a PROMISE TO PAY in December last year after settling my promise to pay which was overdue, they promised to sort that issue within 72 hours, nothing was done and I had to pay the full amount last week. I called on Sunday n I spoke to Drake n he promised the issue will be sorted, nothing was done. On Monday I called n spoke with Freddy n he promised n as usual nothing was done. Today I called n spoke to Kenneth n he told me to pay the full amount. I'm really disappointed cause I thought they were a great company n after two years, I'm realizing I was wrong.
