Complaint

Bought a Rain router for R1, paid monthly as I used, never signed any contract whatsoever. I stopped paying as I no longer needed the service, now there is judgement against my name!! How? This was pay as you go type of thing, I demand that Rain provide me with an agreement that was signed which gave them permission to black list me! Very unhappy with the way this thing has been handled, not once did I get a call from them regarding the default nor an outstanding balance!! I do not have any binding contract with them and now they claim that I owe them, *****S.
