Complaint about Rain SIM card service

I am writing this review to bring to your attention that I’m not satisfied with the quality of service provided from Rain Internet service.

App**** for the Rain SIM card on the Friday, 22nd May 2020 at 19:04pm.

I could not get internet and had to give Rain a call but there is no contact number but we can only email.

However, it’s Monday today. I have sent in a request for them to contact me on Sunday I have had no call and I’m highly disappointed at there service.

They sent me a reference number- *** and they will contact me. It’s been a more than a day now and I’m still waiting for one of there consultants to call me.

Could I kindly ask you if someone can contact them to let someone assist me urgently as I need this for my work purposes
