Complaint

It is the worst service I have ever recieved. you never get feedback. I have spoken to agents. I sent emails, spoke to them on twitter on their app nothing. i paid for a service I have never used no one has bothered to assist. they literally respond 3 week later and ask for information provided and leave it at that. hey have the nerve to take more money from my account again without getting back to me with the complaint i have. my ID ***. they need to see if I have ever used their data even for a second my number ***
