Complaint

I've tried so hard to be a good customer but I am very disappointed in the promises that were made to fix my problem of connection.. I'm living in an area with no obstruction from high tress or building s but rain has connected me to a tower that's 1.83 km from my home and there are two available towers in my area withing walking distance.. I've explained this via email and over the phone several times till now no one has fixes the issue.. This is against the consumer protection act paying for a service and not getting one.. Please help me
