Complaint.
I. made various attempts requesting assistance in various occasions being the day before yesterday the most recent. Not once have I received feedback from anybody at RAIN. The last time I had anybody phone me from RAIN was to join. Nothing else. Nothing I need assistance in regards to the router. Can somebody contact me
My network issue is ongoing for 2-3 months with no support. Promised. Actions not. Done
