Complaint

I app**** for rain sim & router a few months ago. The lady that did the application with me never asked me which date should mellbe the debit date & set it for the 25th which is not the date I get paid, I get paid last day of the month. After numerous times of calling in & requesting for the payment date to be changed as it was not my fault to begin with, it still has not been done. They just disconnected my internet which is am inconvenience as I work from home & I get paid not on the 25th but 31st. Very frustrated and unhappy
