Complaint

This network is ******* i was double debitted again this month. It took them 28 days to refund me last month. I have fought with them an made multiple complaints last month and the same **** happens again this month, their agent are useless always referring me to billing. Billing has never even spoke to me or even send a reply, i always hear stories that i will get my refund but still nothing. I have had enough now.
