Complaint

I'm a client of Rain and I want to cancel my subscription, I made cancelation today but I'm told cancelation will only happen on the 25th of July, on their website it states cancelation happens at the end of the month, so why if I want to cancel today I'm told about end of July not June?? I'm canceling because I have been struggling with networking issues Tried calling but no response Please clarify
